Red-D-Arc, an Airgas company, is North America’s largest welder rental company. We presently operate a rental fleet of over 40,000 welders, positioners, generators and welding-related specialty equipment from over 40 branch locations in the USA, Canada and Mexico. Our business includes rentals, leasing and used and new sales of welding and welding-related equipment and accessories.

Status
Regular/Full Time/Exempt

Duties Include
Candidate must have experience in surface preparation using manual and power sanding tools
Knowledge in spray booth operation using air type and airless equipment
Experience in mixing and applying multipart paints in an industrial setting
Automotive painting experience preferred
Knowledge of decal placement
Follow and maintain manufacture quality standards

Strong attention to detail
Good eye for detail and color
Commitment to great customer service
Ability to follow instructions & follow through on inquiries, orders, etc.
Good communication skills
Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines
Must have 5-years minimum experience with paint booth operation (automotive painting preferred)
Excellent organizational skills in a high production environment
High School Diploma or GED
Must pass drug-screen and all applicable pre-employment requirements
