Job Description
To repair, refurbish and maintain engine driven and electrical welders. Maintain the shop and ensure a safe working environment.

Essential Duties
Perform repairs on welding equipment, and associated equipment utilizing vendor technical manuals and wiring schematics.
Perform scheduled maintenance, oil and filter changes etc. In shop and possibly at customer�s location
Refurbish equipment � tear down, inspect, repair, clean and paint.
Ensure constant control of the quality of machines prior to rental or sale
To ensure all electrical safety procedures are followed
Maintain maintenance log to document time and supplies to accurately bill customers.
Perform research to inquiries as necessary.
Efficient and safe delivery of customer equipment requirements as per shipping documentation
Practice good shop keeping, i.e. keeping work areas clean and hazard-free.
Operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.

Minimum Qualifications
Some knowledge of mechanics and electricity.
Ability to read and comprehend vendor repair manual instructions.
At least 21 years of age with a clean drivers abstract
Ability to perform very heavy work -- routinely lift 25-75 lbs., occasionally lift 76 to greater than 100 lbs.
Ability to perform work during prolonged standing up to 8 hours; Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, grasping, feeling and repetitive motion also required.
Ability to perform work during occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling and finger activities.
Must be able to work inside and outside in temperatures ranging from 10 to 110 degrees.
Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.
Must be able to work occasional overtime, if necessary
