Description

The Red-D-Arc Man-O-Matic powered elevating head and tailstock provides maximum efficiency when lifting and rotating heavy work pieces. The head and tailstock is elevated by means of a hardened stainless steel screw with low friction re-circulating ball screw and nut, electrically synchronized between the head and tailstock. The Man-O-Matic controller enables a sequence of pre-determined positions to be set. The operator selects the sequence for the component being welded and by pressing a forward or reverse button (or footswitch) the weldment is moved to the next or to the previous position.
